If you use the Jazz World app, there’s a balance lock option available:
How to Use:

Download or open the Jazz World app.

Go to the “My Usage” or “Manage Services” section.

Look for an option like “Balance Save Service” or “Data Usage Blocker”.

Turn it ON to stop apps or system background data from using your balance when no internet package is active.
Note: The availability may vary by device and app version.
