Welcome to Piventa. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at piventa.com (the "Site"), a free publishing platform operated by Piventa ("Piventa", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing the Site, creating an account, or submitting content, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Article Submission Guidelines, and our Editorial Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. The Service

Piventa allows registered users to submit articles for editorial review and, if approved, to publish them on the Site for public reading. Publishing is provided free of charge. We may add, change, or remove features at any time, and we do not guarantee that any feature or content will always be available.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country, where higher) to use Piventa, and legally able to enter into these Terms. If you use Piventa on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for providing accurate registration information and keeping it up to date.
You are responsible for all activity under your account, including all content submitted through it.
Keep your password confidential. Notify us promptly at blogger.iamabsalam@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
You may maintain only one account, and you must not impersonate any person or organisation.
We may refuse registration, or reclaim usernames, at our reasonable discretion.

4. User Content

"User Content" means articles, comments, profile information, images, and any other material you submit, post, or display on Piventa.

Your Ownership

You retain ownership of the copyright and other rights you hold in your User Content. Nothing in these Terms transfers your ownership to Piventa.

Licence You Grant to Piventa

By submitting User Content to Piventa, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, and promote that content on and in connection with the Site and Piventa's services — for example, showing your article on the Site, in topic and author pages, in search results, in RSS feeds, and in previews when your article is shared.

This licence exists only so we can operate and promote the publishing platform. It continues while your content remains published on the Site, and for a reasonable period afterwards for backups, archives, and copies already shared by others (such as social media previews and search indexes, which are outside our direct control).

Your Responsibilities for Content

You represent and confirm that:

Your User Content is your original work, or you have all rights and permissions needed to submit it and grant the licence above
Your content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, or other right of any person
Facts and claims in your content are, to the best of your knowledge, accurate
Your content complies with our Article Submission Guidelines and Editorial Policy

You are solely responsible for your User Content and for any consequences of publishing it. Publication on Piventa does not mean Piventa endorses your views or guarantees the accuracy of your content.

5. Editorial Control

All submissions are subject to editorial review before publication, as described in our Editorial Policy.
We may, at our sole discretion and at any time, with or without notice: decline to publish any submission; edit content for clarity, formatting, accuracy, and policy compliance; remove or unpublish any content; and remove or restrict links, images, or accounts.
Submission does not guarantee publication, any particular placement, or publication for any particular length of time.

6. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You must not submit, publish, or engage in any of the following on Piventa:

Plagiarised, copied, or infringing content
Content promoting gambling or casinos, adult or sexually explicit material, illegal drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, or other illegal activity
Content that is hateful, discriminatory, harassing, threatening, defamatory, or that incites violence
Misinformation presented as fact, including harmful health or financial misinformation
Spam, including content created mainly to promote products, services, or links, and participation in any paid-link, link-exchange, or link-farm scheme. Piventa does not sell links or placements.
Academic dishonesty services, such as essay writing or exam cheating
Malware, phishing, scams, or deceptive financial schemes
Collecting other users' personal information, or publishing another person's private information without consent
Interfering with the Site's operation, security, or other users' access, including automated scraping or submission that burdens our systems
Circumventing editorial review, bans, or other enforcement measures

We may report illegal activity to appropriate authorities.

7. Intellectual Property — Piventa and Third Parties

The Site itself — including its name, logo, design, layout, and software — is owned by Piventa or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use Piventa's branding without prior written permission, except as allowed by law.

All trademarks, product names, and content belonging to third parties remain their property. Their mention in an article does not imply endorsement.

Copyright Complaints

If you believe content on Piventa infringes your copyright, please notify us as described on our Contact Us page. We respond to valid notices by removing or disabling access to the material concerned, and we may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

8. Comments and Community Conduct

Where comments or community features are available, you agree to engage respectfully and lawfully. We may moderate, edit, or remove comments, and restrict commenting, at our discretion. Comments are the views of their authors, not of Piventa.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

Content on Piventa may include links to third-party websites and services. Piventa does not control and is not responsible for third-party sites, their content, or their practices. Following a link is at your own risk. See our Disclaimer for more detail.

10. Termination

You may stop using Piventa at any time and may request account closure by contacting us.
We may suspend or terminate your account, or remove your content, at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or our policies, or for any other reasonable cause, including prolonged inactivity or risk to the Site or its users.
On termination, your right to use the Site ends. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive — including content licences for content that remains published, intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limits — will survive.
If your account is terminated for a breach, we are not obliged to restore your content or account.

11. No Professional Advice

Content on Piventa is provided for general information only. It is not medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and must not be relied on as such. Always consult a qualified professional for advice about your specific situation. See our Disclaimer.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that published content is accurate or complete.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Piventa and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Site or any content published on it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Piventa harmless from claims, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your User Content, your use of the Site, or your breach of these Terms.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page with its "Last updated" date. If a change is significant, we may also provide notice on the Site or by email. Continued use of Piventa after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. General

If any part of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining parts continue in full effect.
Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and the policies referenced above, are the entire agreement between you and Piventa regarding use of the Site.
